Dipped strawberries. Rinse long stem berries, gently and quickly drying with towell. Melt 2 cups of fine dark chocolate in double boiler. Stir and dip dry strawberries. Use wax paper and refrigerate to set quickly. It takes some practice to make attractive dipped longstem strawberries. White chocolate decoration also is often applied.
